Description
Some customers have a DNS entry under vps.bitfolk.com, usually when they do not (yet) own a domain of their own.
When they leave BitFolk these entries are currently not removed. The IP address can be given to another customer, at which point there is a hostname under vps.bitfolk.com pointing at an unrelated customer's IP. This can show up in web searches and SEO reports and cause confusion.
Therefore the relevant DNS entry under vps.bitfolk.com should be removed when the customer leaves.
