Show status of VM when connecting

Description
It would be useful to show the status of a VM (e.g. "Running", "Shutdown") when the user connects to the Xen Shell. Since the Xen Shell runs persistently and subsequent connections are actually a re-attach to GNU Screen it may not be possible to always show this.
