Description
At the moment a Direct Debit mandate is required per VM, not per customer, which leads to customers with multiple VMs requiring multiple mandates. Although there are not many such customers, those who do have multiple VMs tend to have quite a few of them and it's really very annoying to have to manage multiple mandates.
There's no good reason to have the mandate be per-VM instead of per-customer; this was a design failure. It should be fixed.
