Improve config page UI

Description
The config page (https://panel.bitfolk.com/account/config/) UI currently only has one item, which is a toggle for suspend+restore.
The toggle initially shows an 'X' which can be clicked on to turn it into a check mark ('✓'). This is not intuitive as it can appear to be something which is set, with the X to remove it.
It would be better done as a slider with colour feedback, i.e. shaded out when disabled.
