disks command should not be usable while there are active snapshots

Description
If you try to delete a disk that currently has a snapshot, the disks command gives a generic error and gives up:
Deleting disk "xvda"... Failed to lvremove /dev/mainvg/domu_foo_xvda. Aborting.
This situation is something that is detectable - the disks command shouldn't be usable while there are snapshots active.
