Description
At the moment on the Terms and Conditions page at http://bitfolk.com/policy/terms.html we have promised to notify the users mailing list of any changes.
This is rather onerous for trivial changes. I think the promise should be amended to say that only material changes to terms will be notified. At the same time we should publish a revision history of this document on the web site so that anyone can check the changes at any time.

Semi-seriously, gitweb or similar? Though I suspect that such a format won't suit everyone.

I think Git would be a great solution to this, London Hackspace use it for changes to their constitution and you could even manipulate the history with old timestamps of it to include past revisions - it's a very honest and transparent approach, especially with e.g. GPG signing.
