Give direct links to outstanding invoices and their amounts when sending reminder emails

Description
Currently only the initial renewal reminder email actually contains the invoice itself.
The invoices are all available from the panel, but it would be helpful if all later reminder emails would include a summary of outstanding invoices, links to download them, and how much they're for.
The reminders should also give details of any Direct Debit pre-auth or PayPal subscription that has been set up, but hasn't yet fired for whatever reason.

The initial reminder now does also contain a link to pay the invoice. Future reminders need to do this.
