If Arch Linux has a netboot installer then it should be added to the self-install section of the Xen Shell.

Arch Linux does not appear to have a netboot installer, it seems to be expected that one will install it manually from an existing Linux install. Since BitFolk already provides a rescue environment that can be used for that purpose there is nothing more to do here.
