Support Slackware in the net installer

Description
If Slackware has a textual network installer whose kernel and initramfs are available for download over http then it should be possible to add to the Xen Shell install menu, even if marked "unsupported".

There's still no support yet for Slackware in the Xen Shell "install" command, but a customer has documented how they installed Slackware 13.37 via the "rescue" command:

Installing Slackware from the rescue VM still seems to be the best way.
